Donations and Payments

Donation Processing: All contributions to the Not Too Late For Me Scholarship Fund are processed through The Ohio University Foundation, a qualified 501(c)(3) charitable organization (Tax ID: 31-6402269). Donations are subject to the Foundation’s terms and conditions.

Endowment Management: Donations will be held and managed in accordance with The Ohio University Foundation’s investment and spending policies. The endowment principal will be permanently invested to generate scholarships, with funds available once the account reaches the minimum endowment level of $25,000.

Unfulfilled Commitments: If the fund does not reach the minimum endowment level within the agreed-upon period, the Foundation may convert it to a restricted account, disbursing funds in alignment with the Donor’s original intent.

Tax Deductibility: Donors are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional or financial advisor to understand how their contributions may affect their taxes.
Purpose and Eligibility of the Fund
The Not Too Late For Me Scholarship Fund is designed to support students who meet the following criteria:

Be full-time undergraduate students enrolled in or accepted for admission to Ohio University.

Be pursuing a degree in music within Ohio University’s Chaddock + Morrow College of Fine Arts.

Demonstrate financial need as determined by the University.

Preference will be given to nontraditional students, as defined by Ohio University.
The University determines the administration of the award process, and all recipients must meet university requirements to remain in good standing.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state courts of Athens County, Ohio, or the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
